The hallmark of “Selezione Italiana” is its full, pleasantly fruity flavour, with the subtle bitter and piquant notes typical of the area it comes from. Excellent in a raw vegetable dip or drizzled over vegetables, as well as with pulses, soups, red meat and a range of traditional Italian first courses.
